AENOR notified IIS Biodonostia on 24 January last of its obtainment of the Quality Mangement System Certification, in accordance with Standard ISO 9001:2015 on the Institute’s Histology, Genomics and Molecular Diagnostics Platforms.
This was very exciting and satisfying news for the Institute, thanks to the support for the Platforms in terms of the promotion of their work and the attraction for the request of services by external customers, who are increasingly demanding this requisite for the completion of their applications.
AENOR also notified them of the renewal of the R & D Management System Certificate in accordance with Standard UNE 166002:2014, already held by IIS Biodonostia, following the jointly conducted at the end of November last year.
These certificates are a further boost to the confidence in IIS Biodonostia’s R & D’s activity, improving its corporate image and competitiveness, and demonstrating best practices applied within the organisation in terms of innovation.
