Quantitative immuno-hematology

Our lab is interested to understand cell dynamics and is developing new quantitative tools to achieve this goal. In  particular, we study how blood cells are produced in both mice and humans level using different experimental and mathematical/computational approaches. After pioneering single-cell lineage tracing methods, we continue to advance these techniques and expand their applications. In parallel,we develop novel methods to quantify cell division, providing complementary insights into cell dynamics.
